1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kxu8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available at kxu8.app (the "Website").

By creating an account on kxu8, accessing the Website, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and close your account.

kxu8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a notice posted on the Website. Continued use of the Website following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Website, the specific rules or conditions applicable to that product or promotion shall take precedence over these general Terms solely in respect of that product or promotion.

kxu8 is operated as an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh. The Platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, bingo, and related entertainment products. All monetary values displayed on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to kxu8 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

kxu8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

By registering on kxu8, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this section. You acknowledge that providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of kxu8 services, you must create a registered account. You may only hold one active account on kxu8. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are required to update this information promptly if any details change. kxu8 will not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Username and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. kxu8 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kxu8 immediately at [email protected]. kxu8 recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to protect your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

kxu8 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks. You may be asked to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed. KYC verification is a one-time process in most cases, though kxu8 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time in line with its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or the suspension of your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

kxu8 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All transactions are processed through the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on kxu8 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though kxu8 reserves the right to impose per-transaction or daily deposit limits in certain circumstances. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kxu8 balance within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank's processing times.

You must only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. kxu8 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder and to close the account if a third-party funding pattern is detected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to four hours during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

kxu8 may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted while a KYC review is pending will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed. kxu8 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, and payouts on kxu8 are denominated in BDT. There is no currency conversion on the Platform. kxu8 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not process withdrawal requests to accounts denominated in currencies other than Bangladeshi Taka.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kxu8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms applicable to any bonus before accepting it.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by kxu8 are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and time limits are stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus voided, and the account may be permanently closed.

Promotional Changes

kxu8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is withdrawn while you are in the process of meeting wagering requirements, you will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement for the bonus amount originally granted, unless there is evidence of abuse.

kxu8 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or associated winnings from a player's account at any time if it determines that the bonus was awarded as a result of a technical error, system fault, or fraudulent activity. Any dispute regarding bonus awards or wagering calculations should be directed to [email protected] within 7 days of the disputed event.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using kxu8, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with fair play, legal compliance, and respect for other users and Platform staff. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kxu8:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previous ban or exclusion.
• Using any software, bot, script, spider, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical faults in any game or betting market. Any such fault must be reported to support immediately; exploitation of a known fault is grounds for account closure.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of corrupt betting activity in relation to sports markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money, process payments on behalf of third parties, or engage in any activity that constitutes a financial crime under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kxu8 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.

kxu8 uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, kxu8 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all open bets and pending withdrawals; forfeit the account balance; and report the activity to relevant authorities if required by law.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

kxu8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated by a player against kxu8 deposits without legitimate cause.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player or on behalf of the player under a responsible gaming programme.
• A court order or direction from a competent authority requiring the restriction of an account.
• Where kxu8 determines, in its reasonable judgement, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the kxu8 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, provided that all KYC and AML requirements have been satisfied and that no outstanding disputes exist.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by kxu8 or by the player — all pending bonuses, free spins, and promotional awards are forfeited. Open bets placed prior to closure will be settled in the normal manner and the outcome credited or debited accordingly before final account settlement is completed.

8 Responsible Gaming

kxu8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its Platform. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of adult entertainment, carries the risk of harm for a small proportion of players. The following tools and policies are in place to support players in managing their gaming activity.

Deposit and Loss Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits directly from their account settings. Once a limit is activated, it takes effect immediately for reductions. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase comes into force, giving players time to reconsider.

Session Reminders and Time Limits

Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion

If you feel that you need a break from gambling, kxu8 offers cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in to your account or place any bets. For players who feel they need a longer-term or permanent solution, kxu8 offers indefinite self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months regardless of the duration elected.
